Adding vTime To Your Home Screen (iPhone with Safari browser)

When adding vTime to your iPhone's home screen for the first time on an iPhone using the Safari mobile browser, follow these steps to get started!

Getting Started

Step 1 : Receive Welcome Message

When your company administrator adds you to vTime, you will receive a text message similar to the one shown below. (Your company's name will be shown instead of "Vendoor Technologies Inc."!)

Step 2 : Click Invitation Link

Click the link in your invitation text message. 

Step 3 : Remember Your PIN For Later

Remember this PIN number, you will need it the first time you login to vTime. (You will be required to change your PIN number on first login.)

Adding vTime to Home Screen

Step 4 : vTime's Login Page

After clicking the link in a previous step, you'll come to vTime's login page.

Step 5 : Safari '...' Button

In Safari on an iPhone, click the vertical "..." button in the lower right-hand corner of your screen.

Step 6 : Safari 'Share' Button

In Safari on an iPhone, click the "Share" button at the top of the menu button.

Step 7 : Safari 'More' Button

In Safari on an iPhone, click the "More" button at the bottom of the "Share" menu.

Step 7 : Safari 'Add to Home Screen' Button

In Safari on an iPhone, click the "Add to Home Screen" button at the bottom of the "Share" menu.

Step 8 : 'Add to Home Screen' Options

In Safari on an iPhone, "Open as Web App" must be turned ON like the example in the image below. 

Step 9 : vTime on Your Home Screen

You have now added vTime to your iPhone's home screen! You can click this icon in the future to login to vTime on your iPhone.
